Policies

If for some reason one or all the livestock arrives in DOA; must remain sealed in original packaging. A quality picture that accurately represents the item(s) in the sealed original package must be sent within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt. Only then will instructions be provided by the seller to proceed in the proper handling of the item(s) without voiding the policy. We hold the right to ask for additional pictures after the initial first 2 hours of delivery, so please do not discard, modify, or make any changes unless instructed. Failure to do so will void the DOA policy. If the item(s) comply with the required conditions in the DOA policy, we will issue a replacement or full credit if the item is not currently available, minus shipping fees. The buyer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with any replacements. We are not held liable for any possible delays, loss of shipment(s), or any mishandling done by the receiver, carrier, or weather. We at this time do not offer any refunds on DOA item(s). DOA policy is voided if any terms are violated. All of these pictures are taken from a DSLR with a 100mm macro lens. Thank you!

Note: A buyer might be asked to ship back any merchandise(s) or purchases to the seller and therefore responsible for possible shipping fees and the proper handling of any item(s). Communication with the seller prior to discarding, modifications, or changes to any item(s) is required. If any terms are violated, DOA policy is voided

Before you commit, these bounces are experimental meaning this occurrence is not normal. Many people have luck with these Bounce Eclectus and other mushrooms; but there are a few that have them deflate due to stress, water, etc. I just wanted to let you know before you committed. Also, with any mushrooms purchased, it is not recommended to dip. Dipping can cause them to lose their coloring, bubbles, and overall unhealthy. 

Terms and conditions from the standard DOA Policy from above are still applied to the MC Bouncing Eclectus Mushrooms and any other mushrooms purchased.

Corals and/or mushrooms can only be held for 1 week from the initial date of purchase. For instance, if the order was purchased on a Wednesday, the next following Wednesday will mark the first week and last day for pickup. After the last day of pickup, whether the day is in the middle or the end of the week, there will be a charge of an additional non-refundable $50 each week starting after the last pickup day. 

Following the example stated above, if the buyer fails to pick up their purchase by that Wednesday (last pick-up day), the additional charge(s) will start from that Thursday and the following week(s). The payment(s) will be made via PayPal or the original payment method before the next scheduled pick-up day. If the buyer fails to send the non-refundable payment before the next meet-up date, the deal will be canceled and the original amount will be refunded, excluding the additional $50 fee(s). The pickup location will be given to the buyer beforehand. 

It is the buyers' responsibility to communicate and/or confirm the scheduled pick-up date. Failing to communicate and/or confirm the pickup date does not excuse or void this policy. This policy applies to every circumstance and occasion of the buyers'. If the owner is not available to meet up on a specific pickup date under any circumstances; In that case, another date will be arranged and communicated via the original communication platform (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Emails, or personal phone number).

FOR PARTIAL PAYMENTS:

With confirmation from Mythical Corals LLC., partial payments are accepted and divided into 2-4 payments. In addition, the partial payment is to be finalized and completed within two weeks from the initial date of the invoice sent. If the purchaser is unable to fulfill and complete payments within two weeks, the order will be canceled and terminated. For any accommodations needed, it is the buyers’ responsibility to communicate their needs before purchasing.

ONLINE 5% OFF NEXT PURCHASE COUPONS:

A 5% off next purchase coupon can be found inside the packaging for ONLINE orders. Each coupon will have a unique card number and the customer’s name stamped on the card. Each coupon may only be used ONCE and only by the specific customer. These coupon(s) will not be allowed to be used on IN-PERSON order(s). It is the customer’s responsibility to communicate to the buyer when they would like to use the coupon.

HOW TO USE THE 5% OFF COUPON ON ONLINE ORDERS: 

Pictures of the coupon will be required, front and back, BEFORE the invoice has been paid for. The coupon will be verified with the unique card number and customer number by the buyer. If the verification failed, the use of the coupon will not be allowed.

GIFT(S) CARDS AT IN-PERSON SHOWS:

Customers will have a chance to win a gift card from $5-$100 per transaction/order at in-person shows ONLY. Each gift card will have a unique card number and be stamped with the customer’s name on the back. These gift cards may be used multiple times until the maximum amount has been reached. It is the customer’s responsibility to specify and communicate to the buyer how much they would like to use on the gift card each time. These gift cards may ONLY be used by the specific customer and can be used for ONLINE and IN-PERSON orders.

HOW TO USE THE GIFT CARDS IN PERSON:

The gift card will be required to be shown in person and verified. The gift card will be verified with the unique card number and customer number by the buyer. If the verification fails, the use of the gift card will not be allowed. The cardholder of the gift card MUST BE PRESENT in person during the transaction process for the gift card to be valid. An identification card may be used by the buyer to complete the verification process.

HOW TO USE THE GIFT CARDS FOR ONLINE ORDERS:
